Henselman Realty & Management was formed in 1982. Our first office was located at 48 Hawthorne in Medford. Scott Henselman is the Principal Broker and founder, Leesa Henselman is the Office Manager and Marino Rossi is the Leasing Broker and Property Manager.
Scott A. Henselman, founder, is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. After being a founding partner in another real estate management company for a number of years, he went solo in 1982 and formed Henselman Realty & Management.
Later he brought Leesa A. Henselman into the company as a real estate broker, office manager and later his wife. She came from a background in real estate sales with Century 21 Real Estate. That was over 23 years ago.
In 2012, Marino Rossi joined the firm as a broker and property manager and has since then attending many classes to further his education and in 2017 became an Accredited Commercial Manager with the Institute Of Real Estate Management.
Marino comes from an extensive background of management, service and sales in a number of companies in addition to 6 years of law enforcement experiance.
In 2016, Henselman Realty & Management LLC was formed as the new entity for HRM.
Our experience allows us to look at the short term and long term goals of the ownership and create a pathway to attain those goals with a high degree of relatable experience and knowledge gained from years of building relationships that proved to be of value for many others.
Henselman Realty & Management LLC offers complete computerized accounting functions, with over 25 monthly reports available to the owners. Services also included in our company expertise are: Lease Analysis, Property Inspections, Income & Expense Analysis, Contract Negotiations, Market Profiling, Valuation Analysis and Reports, In-House Maintenance, Discount Purchasing, and Lease Preparation.
Another specialized service offered is our mortgage service, which entails financial analysis, legal review, and shopping financial and governmental institutions for the best terms. Many times this involves a blend of Public Grant Monies, Discount Interest Rate Funds, Co-Operative and Matching Grants, Tax Analysis for Rehab or New Construction and Energy Tax Credits. The goal is one of providing the best mix of tax, cash and loan benefits to get the project completed.
Our firm has represented the City of Medford, Medford Urban Renewal Agency, Jackson County, State of Oregon and many financial institutions. Our firm enjoys an excellent reputation in the market and a good relationship with our peers, governmental agencies and financial institutions.
Our current location is in beautiful downtown Medford in the Historic Goldy Building and HRM became an LLC entity in 2016. We are currently the managing agent for over 35 projects in Southern Oregon.
